  • I just signed up for a membership! How can I access classes?

    All classes live in the on-demand library.

  • When are live classes?

    Once a month, on a rotating date.

    Make sure you’re subscribed to my emails to catch the announcement date each month.

  • When are new classes uploaded?

    Every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday on The Glow Method App.

    Every Wednesday on YouTube.

  • How do I know which classes I've already taken on the app?

    Head to the library > filter > select ‘taken by me’.

  • Can I upgrade my membership?

    Yes! If you’d like to save $, you can always contact me kaylie@theglowmethod.co to extend!

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.

    If you are looking for a refund, they are given on a case by case basis. Email me to chat about it. When you sign up, you are agreeing to pay the amount listed until you cancel the membership.

  • Where can I find monthly calendars?

    Calendars are located here.

    You can also view them on the app, under the programs tab.

  • How often do challenges or new series take place?

    Every 3 months!
